ProVinyl® White Vinyl Primer is a conventional white vinyl primer that is used where excellent moisture resistance and adhesion is important. This product provides excellent build and hiding, and is a superior moisture barrier. It can be used under Pre-Catalyzed and Post-Catalyzed Topcoats and can be used under either system with or without catalyst.
